Rules/Workflow Engine

Using our rules engine, healthcare organizations can dynamically modify processes to change routing instructions base on data or exceptions. Business Process Management (BPM): KineXions provides the infrastructure for powerful business process management and monitoring functionality. With data exposed as XML, we can use web services to string together componentized business processes to address business problems with the best parts of existing applications. These composite applications combine functions from multiple applications to execute a larger, near real-time process. It provides support for application-level AND human interaction from a single solution. Our message processor manages the business process instances as they flow through the process model following the logic in the business rules. How does it work?
KineXions uses Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 (see www.microsoft.com/biztalk for more information) as the core of its product. BizTalk is a web-based interface engine, which utilizes the latest standards, such as XML, SOAP, PKI, and S/MIME. KineXions adds a healthcare layer to meet and exceed the total business integration needs of the healthcare organization.
