Auto Re-registration/Discharge
New Age Systems provides a customized solution for SMS Invision
and Unity systems to automatically discharge and re-register series patients.
The patient will auto re-register and re-admit to the system with the same medical
record number. Every 30 days, or whatever time interval you choose, the bill will
be produced for payment resulting in lower AR days. The patient is not required
to re-register for each visit and maintains the same medical record number.
Further, this program can track when the MSP form information was last verified.
It can also identify, through adhoc reporting, registration information that is
inconsistent between the clinical and financial systems. The program is
customized based upon patient type, financial classes and service codes, and
is specific to the registration screens.

billing and subsequent reimbursement.
New Age Systems provides a customized solution for the automation
and tracking of CDM requests. This solution is an intranet based application
that provides for the request, approval and tracking of all CDM requests. Email
notifications are generated and the process is more effective and efficient.
